General

Membership Inclusions:

Basic Membership includes:Monthly belief rewiring sessions. Monthly live community gatherings with recordings. Access to the belief rewiring library.

Gold Membership includes:Monthly belief rewiring sessions. Monthly live community gatherings with recordings. Monthly live group coaching sessions with Q&A and recordings. Monthly subliminal rewiring tracks. Access to the belief rewiring library.

Payment and Billing

Membership fees are charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis through a designated payment processor.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the recurring membership fee.
Failure to process payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership benefits.
Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

Members may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of the membership.

Membership Access & Restrictions

Membership access, including content, recordings, and resources, is provided exclusively to the registered subscriber. Sharing or distributing membership content is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of materials may result in immediate membership termination without a refund.
Continued access to membership materials is contingent upon an active subscription. If a subscription is canceled or a payment fails, access will be revoked immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

All membership materials, including live sessions, recordings, workbooks, and resources, remain the intellectual property of our company.
Members are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or reselling any content without prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our membership programs are designed for personal development and informational purposes only.
No medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice is provided. Members should consult with appropriate licensed professionals for specific guidance.
We do not guarantee specific results from belief rewiring, coaching, or subliminal sessions, as personal experiences and outcomes vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Member Conduct & Community Guidelines

Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in live sessions, forums, or other community spaces will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination.
The company reserves the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without a refund.

Changes to Terms and Membership Offerings

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, membership offerings, or pricing at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage informal resolution first. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the governing legal framework.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Soul Con-nect.

Age limit

Age restrictions apply: Soul Con-nect does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Placing Order

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Price

The prices are indicated in euros, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the email address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the email address you enter).

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
